Our Macon-Chardonnay wine is produced from several parcels of land, all planted with Chardonnay vines, and situated on the hills above the village of Chardonnay. These vines have a south-east orientation, and this ideal location is reflected in the flavour of their grapes.
The land comprises the parcels of : en Nécuge, La Luquette and La Roche, The latter reflects the very close presence of the quarry of Chardonnay from which the stones were used to build the original houses in the village.
Variety : 100% chardonnay.
Age of the vines : more than 30 years
Vinification : In inox vats
Laying down : 2 to 5 years depending on the year
Serving : Between 9 andt 11°C.

This wine is characterised by its intense freshness, is ideal to drink as an aperitif to stimulate the appetite, or with charcuteries.
