Mâcon Chardonnay
Terre Amoureuse
This wine comes from a single plot on the locality Les Chézeaux, on a soil composed of blue clay and limestone which gives a very sticky soil under the hooves of the vine growers they once called “love earth”. Exposure to the setting sun allows a slow maturation, a little suffering giving a small yield and a beautiful complexity.

Age of the vine: 1980
Vinification / aging: In oak barrels
Guard: 2 to 4 years
Serve between 9 and 11 ° C.
